Bring any musical instruments you may have, yoga mat, cushion, journal, water bottle, chants, poems, songs an open mind and heart. We have some drums and rattles if you do not have an instrument you can use one of ours.
Free if you are coming for Cacao N Create and suggested $20 donation if coming just to drum.
No prior experience needed.
We will create a sacred container to express and release. You will leave feeling lighter, nurtured from within and inspired to create.

You are invited to come and unleash your creative side with heart activation and community support. Work on the painting, jewelry or craft project you have been wanting to finish or start a new one.
Start creating your gifts for your loved ones during the holidays.

Some of us have come to believe we are not creative when in fact, it is our true nature. Yes, we are each here to create.
We will explore our creator self and free ourselves from any past limitations. The process is magical when you can lose yourself in the creation process! It is a practice of creating and living life unabashed.
We will start at 1:00 with ceremony and wrap up at 5:00. You can leave earlier if needed.
